To keep our members connected and fit while our Club and gym were closed, the BBC’s own Ryan MacSween began a series of fitness workouts on the Club’s Instagram platform. These workouts have continued to be popular with our members, even after the re-opening of the gym!
NEW: Monday mornings at 9AM, Ryan has moved his workout up into the main hall, or onto the deck weather permitting, so that some members may join the session in person, by reservation. Limited space is available by booking on the members portal under “RYAN’S WORKOUT” or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please arrive 15 minutes early. You only need to bring a yoga mat (if possible).
Ryan MacSween has over ten years experience as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, mobility and HIIT specialist.
Our BBC Instagram workouts continue on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday mornings from 9-10AM.
