YANG YIN YOGA

Curious or little intimidated about yoga? This is an excellent class for those looking to balance their energy and check out the yoga scene. Start off in a Yang (active) sequence of sun salutations, allowing worries to literally melt away. Then shifting right into long held Yin poses on the mat to open and restore your connective tissues and calm the mind. The perfect sequence for our modern on the go lifestyle; when active and moving commit to it 110%, then release into calm floor poses to regenerate from the inside out. Great for all levels!
