Muscle Conditioning Workout with Instructor Lori

Thursdays – 4:30 p.m.

Build overall strength and tone with this full-body conditioning class that combines strength and endurance exercises.

Core conditioning and stretching will be included at the end of the workout for additional benefits.

This class is designed for all levels and it utilizes hand held weights and a mat.

Don’t forget your water bottle!
